How we sleep?

Find sleep is sometimes difficult.
Techniques exist to fall asleep more easily.
One of the most ancient is the method of concentrative relaxation of Schultz.
It is obvious that a "good sleep" is essential to the balance of the body. Those who are struggling to find it can be inspired by "psychotherapist" Schultz.
The basis of this method is the control of the body.
Using 6 simple exercises, you can fall asleep more easily.

First and foremost, it is essential to relax and be in the best conditions (no noise, no muscle tension, no longer speak and be quiet.)

The first exercise is to feel the gravity.
Focus on one of your members, an arm for example.

Once obtaining this feeling in your arm, pass it to the rest of your body, by successive stage: the other arm, a leg...
Each step must not last longer than a minute and a half. Do not proceed to the next step without having much felt this extreme heaviness in the current step.

The second exercise attaches to feel the heat in the body by imagining  for example being on a beach in the sun or in front of a well blazing fire.
Also you must go from a member and then expand to the rest of the body through successive step.

The third and fourth exercise consist of soaking up the beats of the heart or the good penetration the air in of the lungs.
It is not to change the heart rate or respiration, but indeed to feel the heart beat and feel the air well throughout the lungs.

The fifth exercise is based on the need to give the feeling of abdominal heat.

For the sixth exercise, it resides in the sensation of freshness located at the level of the forehead, a little the impression left by a summer breeze.
