Sleep and driving

According to a study, a reduced sleep time weakens the good driving. Road accidents are more frequent among young drivers who sleep less than seven hours per night compared to those who sleep more. In addition, the research suggests that adolescents are more at risk of accidents if they have a lack of sleep, they sleep at the day and they drive late at night. This is a significant problem among adolescents who learn to drive, which frequently lack of sleep and who consume alcohol.
Circadian rhythm dips and rises at different times of the day, so adults the most powerful sleep drive generally occurs between 2:00 - 04:00 and in the afternoon between 1:00 - 3:00 pm, although there are variations relying on if you're a "morning person" or "evening person." Sleepiness we experience during these circadian dips will be less intense if we had enough sleep, and more intense when we have lack of sleep. Circadian rhythms also causes us to feel more alert at certain times of the day, even if we have been awake for hours
